Red Camargue Rice with veggies

Soner had bought red Camargue rice at his last trip to our health food store.
I googled it and learned that it's grown in Camargue region (Province) in France.
It is similar to brown rice in taste and it is delicious.
I simply cooked some rice in a pan.
In another pan I gently fried some chopped onions and red bell peppers in olive oil, then added peas,corn and asparagus. Some tamari and vegetarian worchestershire sauce and salt. When veggies were tender and the rice was cooked, I mixed them.
Voila!
We just couldn't get enough of it ;)It's always nice to taste new foods and creating something with them.
